Maxima on Android
A full featured computer algebra system, now runs on your Android mobile devices. Maxima has been used at many universities and scientific research institutions world wide since the 1960s.
This software is free and open source, with a large community of developers and users. It is designed to run on a variety of Android mobile devices, from phones and tablets up to powerful workstations. The user interface is easy to use and understand, even for first time users. Maxima can perform many math operations including integration and differentiation of formulas, matrix operations, rational numbers, symbolic and numerical treatment of constants such as pi, e, gamma, chi squared, etc. It can also be used as a teaching tool for college and high school level mathematics classes.
